WHAT PAYMENT METHODS MAY I USE?

Online: You can pay with the following credit cards: Visa and Mastercard. Additionally, you can choose to pay by bank transfer. Please contact us to obtain our bank account details.

WHAT CREATIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR ORDER ON MSBJEWELRY.CH?

All creations that have an “Add to Shopping Bag” button on the product page are available for purchase online. A product may still be available for order even if its price is not displayed. If you are interested in a creation that does not have an "Add to Shopping Bag" button or is from a previous collection, please contact us.

WHAT IF I CANNOT SEE THE PRICE OF A PRODUCT?

A product may be available for purchase even if its price is not displayed. For solitaire rings, the price depends on the unique characteristics of the center stone. For high jewelry pieces, please contact us for more information.

CAN I GET AN ITEM PERSONALISED?

Personalization is available on certain creations, including engraving for our jewelry. Each product page indicates whether personalization is available for that particular creation. If you wish to have your SAWAN creation engraved, please enter the text in the order form. Note that personalized creations cannot be returned or exchanged.

CAN I ADD A PERSONAL MESSAGE TO MY ORDER IF IT IS A GIFT?

Yes, you can include a personalized message with your purchase. A blank signature SAWAN card is included with every purchase for you to write your own message. Alternatively, we can print your message directly on this card. For this option, please write your message in the designated area during the checkout process. If you place your order using the ORDER FORM, provide the message there. If you need gift ideas, we have prepared a Gift Card just for you.

DO SAWAN CREATIONS COME WITH A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY?

When you purchase a creation on SAWAN.ch, it will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity stamped with "SAWAN e-Boutique SWISS". If you wish to return or exchange a creation, you must include this certificate in the return parcel.
