WHAT ARE SAWAN SHIPPING FEES AND DELIVERY TIMES?

Delivery times and fees vary based on your delivery address. Orders placed before 12 PM qualify for delivery within 2-3 working days. You can view the estimated delivery time on the checkout page while processing your order online. Please note that this estimate is not a guarantee. Personalization services (such as engraving, embossing, or bracelet adjustments) will require additional time, and limited stock items may also have longer lead times. These delivery times apply to home delivery.

WHAT DELIVERY ADDRESS MAY I USE?

You can use any residential or workplace address where the carrier can deliver the parcel in person. This excludes military addresses, certain restricted areas, pick-up points, and PO boxes.

Customs and import duties will be calculated and added to your order total before finalizing it. You will not have to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

SAWAN CREATIONS COME WITH A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY

When you purchase a creation on www.msbjewelry.ch, it is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity stamped by the Swiss e-Boutique.

For any exchange or return, it is mandatory to include this certificate in the return package.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

We offer several delivery options as well as the possibility to return or exchange purchased creations, except for those that have been personalized.

To return or exchange an item:
Contact Customer Service within 30 days of receipt.
Request a return authorization number, which will then be sent to you by email.
Please note that personalized items cannot be returned.
